Our Property Features
With-in walking distance down to the Jarvis Bay Provincial Park, and only 2
kilometres to Sylvan Lake Provincial Park and Town of Sylvan Lake, this is a
sought after location. With just over 3 acres, fenced for horses and zoned for 2
horses and 2 dogs, these properties near Sylvan Lake are rare. Kayton Estates
was a very well laid out subdivision in Red Deer County with ample room between
the estates, and our particular acreage is on the North side, facing South.
This gives us one of the most commanding views of the South Valley of all the
properties, and we back onto the machinery road/County line between Lacombe
County and Red Deer County. There is access into our property complete with a
steel gate off the machinery road, as well the main entrance is fully paved
right to the gate. This is very appealing as we can bring our trailer in the
back access, trucks, etc.
We have plenty of trees on the North side, a very mature shelterbelt, with lots
of new growth coming as well. There are many trees planted throughout the

There is tons of grass on our horse area's as the proximity to the lake
